Shouldn't this also mention about character substitution for names such as Chris Hülsbeck (Chris Huelsbeck) and Frédéric Motte (Frederic Motte)?

I mean when a new composer is added to UnExoticA a new folder needs to be created such as Huelsbeck_Chris and not Hülsbeck_Chris.

Sure. Just edit away. If you write somethign which isnt correct, im sure it will be fixed :)
