OZ96 was held in NSW, Australia, and it was a small (only 59 official
visitors + some who didn't bother paying :) party for the oz PC scene.
Entries were shown on a 486DX-2/66mhz instead of the promised DX-4/100mhz,
but there were few complaints. Entries from contestants not present at the
party were allowed, but only the ones present could receive prizes. Goblin's
4k intro crashed when it was shown, and was disqualified. This party has
been called Ozone 96 on some occasions (even by me! =D), but the true name
is/was always just Oz (which is slang for Australia, if you didn't know).
